How long before my order ships?

Order ship within a 2-7 business day time frame.

Pre-orders will take up to 14 business days to ship.

Wholesale orders can take up to 10 business days to ship.

Business days are M-F and exclude national holidays.

Please note during high volume times orders can take longer to ship.

Priority shipping ensures you'll receive your package 1-3 days once its shipped.

We do not offer expedited shipping and orders are shipped out in the order that they are received. 

Priority shipping is not expedited shipping, it means your package is tracked and insured

Yes! We ship internationally, keep in mind sometimes international orders tracking will be delayed in updating. If you're having issues with tracking your order contact the shipping company.

If you put the incorrect address on your order and its shipped you are responsible for your new shipping label and will be sent an invoice. 

Can I pick up my order?

Orders are online only.

Can I receive a refund for an item/order I don't want anymore?

All sales are final.

My package was stolen/lost or never delivered. 

Keep in mind that once your order is given to a mail carrier it is no longer in our care.

If you have an issue with the arrival of your package please contact your local post office concerning this matter.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
